Our service center operates and manages the headquarters building of DAK-Gesundheit in Hamburg. It is responsible for the technical operation and security of the building.

Along with the reception, the control room is the first point of contact for DAK-Gesundheit customers, ensuring necessary safety measures and high flexibility in customer service.

We are currently seeking a
Security Specialist
(m/f/d) for our control room at our headquarters in Hamburg, initially on a fixed-term basis.

The position requires working in a 3-shift system (morning/afternoon/night) including weekends and holidays.

Your responsibilities:

Object protection and monitoring, patrols, entrance and access control
Lock service, key management, and visitor management
Monitoring and operating technical and security systems (burglar and fire alarm, hazard alarm)
Monitoring and managing alarm and emergency calls
Taking appropriate action in case of special incidents (e.g. first aid, fire)
Supervising external company employees in terms of security, including necessary documentation
General tasks (lost and found, emergency manual, etc.)

Your profile:

Completed training as a security specialist
Good German language skills (at least level B1)
Professional and confident demeanor with a strong focus on customer service, reliability, commitment, and flexibility
Assertiveness and conflict resolution skills
Teamwork and communication skills
Good knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications
