For our inclusion company Catering Tolerance gGmbH, we are looking for a cook as deputy operations manager (m/f/d) for our location in Langwasser starting on May 1st, 2024 or later.

Catering Tolerance has been in existence since 2007 and employs people with and without disabilities. Our production kitchen in Langwasser produces approximately 1400 lunches for students per day, which are then delivered to schools.


Your tasks:
Preparation of meals according to recipes using the Cook & Hold and Cook & Chill methods Coordination of inventory management and portioning of menu components Ensuring smooth operation of the business Representing the operations manager in their absence Instruction and training of our employees Monitoring and compliance with high hygiene standards (HACCP)

Your profile:

Completed vocational training as a cook, preferably with qualification as a trainer Motivated to work in community catering Openness to working in an inclusive team Enjoyment of physical work and resilience Professional experience in community catering desirable Responsible, team-oriented, and communicative Valid driver's license class B Flexibility Our offer: Family-friendly working hours from Monday to Friday; special holiday time regulation possible Varied range of tasks in a collegial team Fair and secure employer Remuneration according to the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD) Performance-based salary components, annual bonus Company pension plan Job bike (job bike leasing) This position is for 33-39 hours per week.
