Currently, we are looking for a plant manager for our renowned client located near Tönning


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and leading a team of approximately 80 employees, both in terms of technical and disciplinary aspects
  • Implementing and monitoring operational processes
  • Identifying and implementing areas for optimization in operational processes, including partial automation
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and providing training for department managers
  • Planning machine usage with a focus on costeffectiveness
  • Monitoring procurement and controlling available raw materials and resources
  • Analyzing and documenting production results and performance
  • Preparing production metrics and data for management
  • Determining staffing needs
  • Procuring new work materials and tools

Your profile should include:

  • Completed technical education or degree
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Experience in manufacturing or production
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and resilience
