The Department of Construction and Real Estate is the central point of contact for all municipal stakeholders in matters of construction and real estate, consolidating all real estate expertise in one place within the city administration.

We are looking for a full-time or part-time employee (m/f/d) for our Technical Services department, starting as soon as possible.

Salary group 12 TVöD.


Your tasks will include:
Supporting the implementation of a new CAFM system Contributing to the updating of business processes and the creation of a specification sheet Organizing the implementation and customization of modules for a new CAFM software Ensuring the continuous operation and functionality of the newly introduced CAFM software Supporting the further development of the system and deepening its use Conducting quality assurance and maintaining the CAFM system and all data content Performing system administration and carrying out release changes Organizing data collection for CAFM (e.g.
