Tasks to drive you forward at Candlewood Isle

You will support your project team in day-to-day operations through independent work packages in the areas of strategy & organization, R&D, operations, innovation and project management
You will be involved in the development of innovative and sustainable solutions and business models along the entire value chain
You will help our clients identify crucial improvement potentials and effectively utilize synergies
You will conduct precise and methodically sound analyses, develop solution concepts and ensure their implementation
You will accompany multidisciplinary work meetings and management workshops both in terms of content and methodology
You will become the point of contact and interface within the client's organization as part of the project

Successfully completed technical studies with a focus on industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field
Basic knowledge in project management, preferably through internships, final theses or similar experiences
Excellent organizational, communication and assertiveness skills, as well as the ability to present your own results to an audience
Teamwork, social competence and a systematic and structured way of working
Strong service mentality, initiative
