We are a key player in the real estate asset management sector with French roots and locations in Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Singapore. Our activities in Germany cover the entire value chain of a fully integrated investment and asset manager and are part of our European real estate platform. We advise on the development, structuring, and management of a wide range of real estate investments in Germany, tailored to the risk profiles and strategies of our institutional investors, and generate sustainable returns. In Germany, we focus on asset classes such as healthcare and education, office buildings, residential buildings, and hotels. The real estate assets managed by our group in Europe amount to over EUR 42 billion and have been built up over the last 10 years. Our German group manages a real estate portfolio of around EUR 3 billion with currently around 80 employees at four locations.

As a full-service provider, we provide commercial and technical property management for the real estate portfolio of the Primonial Group in Germany. Our experience and expertise lie particularly in the management of specialized properties such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, single-tenant properties, properties with high turnover rates such as micro-apartments, hotels, retail centers, and also kindergartens.
