As a specialist (m/f/d), you actively work in interdisciplinary development teams in the product development process
You develop concepts and independently design series-ready products while meeting requirements for quality, cost, and on-time delivery
With your comprehensive expertise, you are responsible for the design and development of mechanical and electromechanical components and products, and select suitable technologies and materials
You independently coordinate prototype creation, verification, and validation, and also create parts lists and assembly instructions
You regularly coordinate assembly and testing procedures with production preparation in our production plants and with our suppliers
You work to fulfill customer requirements efficiently and effectively, taking into account the "BACHMANN modular system"
Here's what you bring to the table...
You have successfully completed an engineering degree, such as mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a closely related field in mechanics and electromechanics
You have relevant work experience in the areas of metal and plastic, as well as related manufacturing technologies
You have gained initial experience working on projects
You are proficient in MS Office and 3D CAD (Inventor)
You are a systematic thinker and have a self-sufficient, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
You enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and are motivated to embrace change and personal development
You have excellent written and spoken German and
