Join usRESPONSIBILTIES:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, thirdparty consultants, and service providers to assess risks and implement solutions.
- Support Information Security Manager in daytoday security management tasks.
- Monitor security systems for potential incidents and anomalies.
- Analyze security events and escalate as necessary.
- Utilize security tools to investigate suspicious activities.
- Assist in prioritizing and responding to security incidents.
- Follow predefined procedures for incident response and documentation.
- Conduct vulnerability scans and assist in remediation efforts.
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and provide enduse support.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on security metrics.
- Resolve technical issues and cyber threats affecting organizational systems.
HELP DESK SUPPORT:
- Assist IT team with daytoday helpdesk issues.
- Monitor and update organization's devices.
- Troubleshoot networking and OS problems.
- Engage in special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Minimum of two years of ITrelated experience.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management and IT ticketing systems.
- Proficiency in O365 and MAC/OS troubleshooting.
IDEAL:
- Experience with ShoreTel VOIP and AV systems troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and network administration.
- Familiarity with RMM tools, backup administration, Apple MDMs, and printer/copier management.
- Experience with Cisco, HP, and Cisco Meraki networks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Defender ATP and log analysis for Azure and Active Directory signins.
Pay:
$75, $90,000.00 per year
