Description
Your Role- Handling of customer complaints in Hollywood style- Tracking and documenting processes- Creating credits, invoicing and customer orders in SAP- Ensuring communication with customers and production- Initial assessment at the customer's location- Dealing with supplier complaints- Sending out charge and return documents and requesting 8D reports (in collaboration with purchasing)

Your Profile- Completed training as an industrial mechanic, machinist, or similar with subsequent training as a technician or master- Several years of professional experience in the field of mechanical production- Confident, friendly, and assertive demeanor for interacting with customers and suppliers- Structured work style, high self-motivation, and ability to work independently for organizing and carrying out complaint handling- Endurance and resilience
