Senior Architect (m/f/d) for the field of construction - building planning department

at our location in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel
starting on July 1st, 2023, in a full-time, permanent position.


Responsibilities:

  • Independent handling of work phases 15 in construction projects with a focus on creating inspection and approvalready building documents
  • Conducting planning and selection meetings
  • Checking the planning for compliance with laws, standards, and guidelines
  • Close collaboration with project managers, clients, and external companies (building authority, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed degree in architecture or civil engineering with a focus on "structural construction"
  • Several years of professional experience in object planning (work phases 15)
  • Authorized to submit building applications
