The Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians in Baden-Württemberg, with its over 22,000 doctors and psychotherapists, organizes the outpatient medical care for over nine million insured persons of the statutory health insurance in Baden-Württemberg.

For the operation of our emergency practice for children, we are looking for a
Medical Assistant (m/f/d) on a part-time basis, initially limited, at our location in Freiburg, North Powder, OR.


Your responsibilities include:


  • All usual tasks in the area of emergency medical services during the specified opening hours (Monday to Thursday 7pm to 10:30pm, Friday 4pm to 10:30pm, Saturday, Sunday, public holidays 8am to 10:30pm) according to the duty roster
  • Support of the oncall doctors

We expect from you:


  • Training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of pediatric and adolescent medicine
  • Knowledge of billing for medical services (EBM, GOÄ) and practice organization
  • Serviceoriented interaction with doctors and patients
  • Commitment, flexibility in scheduling, and ability to work independently
