We are currently seeking dedicated employees to join our team for telephone customer service.

Competent and service-oriented telephone support for our customers Recording of inquiries (only warm acquisition) and specifying the travel wishes of our customers General information and advice on our product portfolio, services, and booked trips Careful and process-oriented processing and documentation of transactions in our database What do we expect from you? Enjoyment of telephone conversations - gained through professional experience in customer service and/or call centers Excellent expression in German (spoken and written), additional language skills are advantageous Enthusiasm for our customers with a pleasant, communicative telephone voice and convincing manner Organized, resilient, team-oriented, and flexible when working independently Ability to argue, remain objective, and demonstrate competence even during busy periods and with demanding customers Familiarity with PC usage, Windows and Microsoft Office, and possibly ERP systems Flexibility in availability during our service hours from 9 am to 6 pm Additional experience in the tourism industry is a plus What do we offer?
