Responsibilities:


  • Management of our documentation software ST4 and further development within a planned project
  • Creation of productspecific and orderspecific operating instructions
  • Independent planning and organizing of the process for orderspecific documentation
  • Creation and editorial editing of modules for documentation
  • Updating existing documentation, continuous improvement of content
  • Coordinating translations into different target languages
  • Standardizing information and documentation, creating documentation guidelines

Requirements:


  • Experience in technical writing and working with a content management system (preferably Schema ST4) is required
  • Completed training/education as a technical writer or a comparable qualification
  • Strong technical and information science understanding
  • Knowledge of guidelines and standards for creating technical documentation
  • Proficient in common CAD, image editing, and MS Office programs
  • Fluent in German, with knowledge of at least one foreign language
  • Selfsufficient and detailoriented
  • Team player with initiative to complete
