We offer you the position of Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) at our location in Frankfurt am Main in the Customer Service department:

Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for Mainova's Customer Center:

These challenges await you:

  • You will be responsible for handling telephone and written customer inquiries for the Frankfurt City Drainage (SEF).
  • This includes creating and, if necessary, correcting wastewater and stormwater fee notices, payment agreements, maintaining master data and accounts, processing returned mail, providing information, and completing and documenting tasks in SAP-ISU.
  • You will support a high level of speed and flexibility to respond quickly to the requirements of Mainova Group and SEF customers.
  • You will answer telephone customer inquiries at the Mainova Group's call centers, provide information, and refer them to the correct contact person if necessary.
  • You will consistently keep the customer in mind in all activities and view processes from the customer's perspective.
  • You will support system tests within the existing system competence and scope.
  • Implementation of the standards of certified quality management
