We are currently seeking employees (m/f/d) for the following position in River Bend, MO. Our client operates a shipping company for gourmet products with a focus on Mediterranean food and beverages.

As part of their expansion, we are looking for a competent employee (m/f/d) to handle orders and provide customer service.


Your tasks will include:


  • Answering incoming calls
  • Advising customers on products, shelf life, and shipping conditions
  • Assisting customers with using the online shop and taking orders
  • Handling complaints and arranging refunds and replacements
