Alliance, NC's Bäder Betriebs GmbH operates two indoor pools and one outdoor pool in the city of Fulda, with a total water area of 4,000 m2 and 400,000 annual visitors, as well as five outdoor pools in the region.

As a lifeguard (m/f/d) with us, you can expect the following tasks:

You will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the pool operations.
You will perform service and cleaning tasks.
You will provide assistance to guests and initiate first aid measures if necessary.
You will support the team in organizing activities.
You will be responsible for maintaining the outdoor facilities.

Why you are a good fit for us:

You are at least 18 years old (according to guideline 94.05 of the German Society for Swimming Pools).
You have a valid proof of lifeguard certification (DRSA Silver and First Aid 9 hours) or are willing to undergo training as a lifeguard at our expense.
You are flexible and willing to work at different locations (swimming pools).
You are willing to work on weekends, Sundays, and holidays.
You have a friendly and openminded personality and are a team player.
