Full-time Employment in Pencil Bluff, AR


Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping for multiple clients
  • Booking of accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger accounts
  • Creation and booking of outgoing invoices
  • Responsibility for payment transactions and bank bookings
  • Preparation of sales tax returns and annual declarations
  • Preparatory work for annual financial statements
  • Cooperation with tax consultants, auditors, and business examiners

Requirements:

  • Commercial vocational training, preferably further education as a financial/accounting clerk
  • Combined with several years of relevant professional experience
  • Indepth knowledge of (sales) tax law
  • Knowledge of DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen (advantageous)
  • Independent, structured, and reliable work ethic, coupled with a high level of commitment
  • Enjoyment of working in a team, strong communication skills, and empathy
  • Enthusiasm for the healthcare industry
