Eching, we are looking for the following position as soon as possible:

Accountant / Clerk (m/f/d) Accounts Receivable

Your responsibilities

  • Processing of incoming payments
  • Handling of accounts receivable management including dunning, installment agreements and, if necessary, legal steps
  • Reconciliation of accounts receivable and clarification of discrepancies with customers
  • Communication with customers regarding balance differences or overdue receivables
  • Credit checks of customers
  • Preparation of reports and evaluations
  • Participation in the monthly closing process
  • Monitoring of payment terms
  • Coordination with the controlling and accounting departments
  • Possibly taking on other tasks in accounting as part of vacation or sick leave coverage

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Professional experience in accounts receivable and receivables management
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Structured and careful way of working
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player
