Fixed-term until April 30, 2025.You will work in an international team of up to 4 employees and coordinate the validation and routine sampling for pharmaceutical waters and process gas systems at the Singen site.
Your main responsibilities:
- Timely execution of the above tasks and activities in compliance with GMP regulations and internal work instructions
- Preparation of test plans for each medium, coordination of the required analyses, and support in case of deviations
- Timely execution of periodic reviews of routine sampling results and preparation of corresponding reports
- Planning of validation activities and preparation of corresponding validation documents
- Support in the creation and revision of work instructions
- Use of sitespecific electronic systems, such as LEADS and Veeva for document processing, Trackwise for quality management tasks such as handling deviations or CAPA tasks, MODA and MiniTab for statistical analysis
- Support in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for continuous improvement and streamlining of processes
- Participation (as a subject matter expert) in audits
- Moderation of regular meetings as part of the crossdepartmental water and utility management team
- Conducting training on water sampling in production
