Your Responsibilities

As part of the traffic infrastructure department, you will independently manage projects in the planning of municipal, district, and state roads, as well as federal highways
You will create road designs independently and coordinate with other planning authorities and stakeholders
You will participate in approval procedures and other processes for establishing building rights, and also prepare statements for these procedures
As project manager, you will be responsible for adhering to costs, deadlines, and quality standards
You will prepare approval documents and create execution documents
You will train and guide colleagues who support you in completing tasks
You will primarily work in phases 1 to 5 of the HOAI and provide customer-oriented and professionally competent advice to our clients

Completed degree in civil engineering
Several years of professional experience in the infrastructure sector preferred
Good knowledge of MS Office, as well as STRATIS/iTWO and AutoCAD
Teamwork and empathy combined with an independent and solution-oriented work style
Confident demeanor, above-average commitment, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills
Assertiveness, goal-oriented thinking, and awareness of cost efficiency, adherence to deadlines, and quality standards
