The Internal Audit department of Schwarz Dienstleistung provides independent and objective auditing and consulting services aimed at creating added value and improving business processes.

To achieve this, Internal Audit conducts systematic and targeted reviews of the effectiveness of risk management, controls, and leadership and monitoring processes, evaluates them, and helps to improve them.

International Auditor - Finance, Accounting, Controlling (m/f/d)

Full-time Your responsibilities Preparation and execution of audits as part of a team, with a focus on international commercial administrative areas of Schwarz Group companies, including Finance, Accounting, and Controlling: Analysis of business processes through interviews and data analysis, and comparison of findings with internal guidelines Identification of deviations, testing the effectiveness of controls, and preparation of audit reports Coordination and presentation of results and improvement suggestions with responsible management Consulting with departments on potential improvements and optimization needs Your profile Several years of professional experience in auditing / internal audit and/or within an administrative department, in the environment of an auditing firm or an internationally operating company Ideally, experience with data analysis tools Successfully completed studies in a business-related field Strong analytical skills, empathy, and objective judgment Independent, thorough, and responsible work style, with a strong focus on quality Communication skills and confident negotiation abilities in German and English Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30 percent)
