Corporate Technical Recruiter


Position Summary:

PTFS seeks an experienced Technical Recruiter adept at hiring cleared DoD and IC industry professionals to include Software and DevOPs engineers and other technical professionals.

Must be customer driven with a good understanding of Prime/Sub relationships and be excited to find great talent for our company, our customers, and their mission.


What You'll Do:


  • Coordinate and confirm interview and selection activities for internal and external recruitment practices.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews with skilled prospects to gauge interest, personality, fit, and salary requirements and initiate the prehire process.
  • Participate in meetings with hiring managers, and teams to determine workforce needs.
  • Attend networking events, job fairs, help with marketing event planning/execution, as well as other creative efforts.
  • Be geared towards exhausting all options to bring solutions to talent acquisition challenges.
  • Must be well versed in all current (and upcoming) social media platforms used to attract, inform, refer, retain as well as entertain our target workforce.
  • Experience with a variety of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably ADP Workforcenow
  • Documented experience successfully recruiting/hiring highly skilled technical professionals (including but not limited to: Systems Administrators,, Test Engineers, Cloud Developers, Web Developers, Data Architect, Data Scientists SW System Engineers, Linux Engineers...)
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Eligibility for success bonus

Work Conditions/Physical Factors:


  • This position is based at our Rockville Maryland Corporate office and is eligible for a hybrid schedule.
  • Ability to travel locally.
