As IT experts, they understand how and where processes can be automated, but also where personal attention and effort are needed.

For this innovative company, we are looking for an experienced
Customs Team Leader (m/f/d) who is willing to take responsibility for a team of 8-10 people.

These tasks will motivate you:

Leading a motivated team of 810 people
Support in customs clearance (AES, EZA, NCTS, import customs clearance in Switzerland)
Communication with customs authorities, customers, and transport companies
Support in automating and optimizing customs processes
Preparation and review of customs documents and clearance documents in compliance with current customs and foreign trade laws
Close cooperation with the main customs office
Point of contact for customers and service providers
Preparation of customerspecific reports
