Mannheim Your tasks - here you shape with us: Conception and further development of a central, company-wide health management system Consulting of executives as well as relevant committees on health and performance preservation Cooperation with PHAGRO, health coordinators and addiction counseling Planning, organizing and conducting prevention programs, health checks and action and health days Establishment and expansion of company support systems (e.g. risk assessment of psychological stress)

Moderation and implementation of target group-specific health training and workshops Your profile - a lot behind it:
University degree with a focus on social work, health promotion, pedagogy or alternatively completed training with specialized further education and several years of professional experience in the specified field Solid knowledge of change management and conducting workshops/trainings High level of commitment, independent and self-reliant way of working Strong innovation skills and excellent communication skills High emotional intelligence
