Description

Provides housekeeping and guest services for the Luskin Conference Center (LCC).

Responsible for ensuring that standards of cleanliness in assigned guest rooms are achieved and maintained consistently to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service.

Accountable for responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Tasks are expected to be performed per LCC's guidelines for quality customer service.

Qualifications

Knowledge of fundamental custodial tasks and procedures (required)
Knowledge of proper use of chemical materials and cleaning techniques (required)
Ability to comply with safety standards and procedures for both personal and public safety (required)
Knowledge of carpet and hard floor care techniques (required)
Knowledge of inventory control principles and methods (required)
Ability to engage with diverse populations in a respectful and culturally responsive manner (required)
Ability to sufficiently communicate in written and verbal English to receive work assignments and share information with supervisors and colleagues (required)
Ability to work cooperatively as a part of a team (required)
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance (required)
