For the Social Services of our Youth Office in Fayetteville, NY, we are constantly looking for

Social Workers (m/f/d) or Social Pedagogues (m/f/d)

in full-time and part-time positions for the General Social Services.


The position is in a regional team, which also covers the areas of youth support/youth court assistance, family support (family centers), and social pedagogical family assistance.


Your tasks:

  • You provide advice on general questions of education, support a partnershipbased coexistence in the family, and advise families with the aim of being able to independently cope with conflicts and crises again.
  • You analyze life situations, take on the planning of assistance, and provide assistance for education according to the SGB VIII.
  • You fulfill the duty of care for the wellbeing of children and young people according to the SGB VIII.
  • You work with a focus on the local community and activate parents.
  • Participation in family court proceedings.

You are a good fit for us if you:
- have a degree in social work/social pedagogy or a comparable degree in social work.
