About us

Zion Healing Center in Fort Myers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dedicated team.

Our center specializes in offering holistic, comprehensive outpatient treatments tailored for individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and addiction.

Responsibilities:

Lead marketing initiatives to increase awareness of Zion Healing Center's innovative therapies and programs.
Develop and implement strategic business development strategies to drive growth and expansion.
Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure our clients' highest quality of care.
Attend trade shows and other events as needed.
Manage a client and referral database.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Sharp negotiation and networking skills
Passion for promoting mental health awareness and advocating for holistic wellness.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and drive results effectively and immediately.
Proven experience in business development or sales within the healthcare or mental health sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer needs.
