As a
Marketing Analytics Manager for Apex Legends, you will navigate the intersection of marketing, finance and analytics reporting directly to the Director of Brand Management.

We're looking for a quantitatively minded individual to help improve the strategic rigor around the financial planning of our marketing investments.

You will work with key stakeholders to influence and enhance our player-facing marketing experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Build and track global marketing budgets through shortterm and longterm planning cycles (e.g. Forecasts, Quarterly, Annual Operating Plans), and adhoc analyses, including special projects at the request of marketing and studio leadership.
  • Work with teams to identify and improve operational efficiencies across both finance and marketing departments, as it relates to budgeting, reporting and opportunities to increase marketing value.
  • Establish marketing performance reporting and analysis framework with focus optimization against on marketing metrics and key measurements to identify most effective marketing tactics and highest impact approaches going forward.
  • Develop impactful, compelling weekly and monthly presentations to provide relevant context for business reviews with leadership.
  • Coordinate with international regions to oversee and communicate consolidated international marketing forecasts and trends.

Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of experience in operations finance, FP&A, brand finance, data science, consulting, economics, or related area
  • Strong collaborations and communication skills working across finance, marketing, development, and executive leadership in pursuit of business goals.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial management tools
  • You will bring business insights and analysis to complex vague problems and manage several priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience building predictive models a plus.
  • Prior experience in the video game or entertainment sectors is highly regarded.

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.BASE SALARY RANGES

o $103,200 - $145,600 USD Annually

  • Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular fulltime employees.
