- Coordinate operational functions of the Safety Department under the supervision of the Manager – Threat and Emergency Management
- Manage system communications and facilitate key tasks and procedures
- Conduct disaster management duties including drills, plan validation, inventory management, and support for the Emergency Management Program
- Provide operational and leadership support with a focus on project management and maintaining daily operations
- Collaborate positively and respectfully with colleagues, patients, and physicians
- Bachelor's Degree - Required
- Three years of work experience in Health Care or Emergency Management - Required
- ICS 300, 400, HSEEP - Preferred
- Disaster Recovery Certificate (G270.4), Disaster Mitigation Certificate (G393) - Preferred
- Emergency Planning (G235) - Preferred
- Must be able to drive to multiple company sites for operational purposes
