As a Recruiter, you will support the team:

  • As a Recruiter, you are the face of the company in the job market.
  • You are the contact person for applicants and interested parties.
  • You have an overview of the personnel needs.
  • You are familiar with relevant and suitable recruiting channels.
  • You create suitable job advertisements and publish them independently.
  • You review incoming applications, conduct initial interviews, and organize applicant interviews.
  • Onboarding of new call agents.
  • You coordinate the personnel development processes.
  • Personnel management tasks.

Your profile:

  • You have a good sense for people and recognize their talents.
  • You are motivated to continuously adapt and develop the recruiting process.
  • You have experience in recruiting and personnel management and can demonstrate successes.
  • You are articulate and skilled in conversation.
  • You have organizational talent and work in a structured manner.
