YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES*:


  • You lead an international team of Supplier Quality Managers within the Purchasing department and develop the team further.
  • You are responsible for supplier qualification and development.
  • You are responsible for initiating and implementing quality initiatives based on the annual audit plan, as well as conducting audits and tracking measures.
  • You are responsible for monitoring suppliers in terms of delivery quality and reliability.
  • You analyze quality and performance data and implement improvement measures with suppliers.
  • You optimize processes related to purchasing concepts and methods.
  • You optimize methods and processes for selecting, qualifying, and evaluating suppliers.
  • Ensuring and further developing quality standards in the supply chain is also part of your responsibilities.

YOUR PROFILE*:


  • You have a degree in a technical field and additional training in quality management.
  • You have several years of professional and leadership experience in an industrial, global environment.
  • You have a strong commitment, excellent communication skills, and a high level of teamwork, and you are known for your structured work approach.
  • You are highly proactive and enjoy initiating and implementing improvements.
  • You are willing to travel internationally at least 30 percent of the time.
  • You have excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
