Your responsibilities at Stateline:

  • Independent project management and control of challenging construction and real estate projects
  • Active involvement in planning and implementation
  • Technical, economic, and organizational consulting and support for our clients
  • Active control and monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality
  • Representing our office independently to clients, users, and planning participants
  • Construction management / construction control: project-dependent - increased support for the client's planning team and close coordination with site supervision (quality assurance, site visits)
