As an Accounting Analyst within the Management Information Systems group, you will play a critical role in a strong, growing company.

- Thoroughly learn all aspects of the business system
- Support business system and business system users companywide
- On a daily basis, assist business system users with questions/problems they may have
- Work closely with parts managers to resolve parts variances and inventory issues
- Complete monthly journal entries related to variances and inventory activity
- Reconcile inventory accounts
- Prepare monthly reports for distribution
- Provide backup support to MIS personnel and the MIS Manager
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Associate's level degree in Accounting or related field
- 3 or more years of practical accounting experience
- Must have strong computer skills
- Regular and prompt attendance
- Core value of integrity and a high energy level with a passion for the job
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoftbased programs with emphasis on Excel and Power BI
- Experience with data mining software such as Crystal, Power BI, Access, and SQL experience are a definite plus
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize successfully and work independently
- Ability to multitask and remain flexible
- Present a professional image in personal appearance, dress and preparation
Working Conditions:
Employee is expected to work a basic 40-hour week Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. plus whatever time is required to accomplish goals for the position. This is a salaried position and is exempt from paid overtime.
