As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with our Outside Sales team, clients, and other members of the EPSI Europe GmbH team to maintain and grow our customer base, meet or exceed monthly sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Effectively communicate ideas and proposals.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues and providing solutions.
  • Pay close attention to detail.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively through both written and verbal means.
  • Collaborate with distributors, end users, and manufacturer's representatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Must be fluent in Polish and German.
  • Knowledge of English is a plus.
