The company is located in Brüggen on the Lower Rhine, in the beautiful and idyllic Schloss Dilborn.

To expand our team, we are looking for an educational specialist (m/f/d) for outpatient supported living in full-time and part-time.

Your tasks with us:
Outreach, advisory, and educational work with mentally impaired people

This includes:
Socially oriented support Psychosocial counseling in dealing with everyday challenges as well as crises and conflicts Strengthening self-determination and support in shaping a self-determined lifestyle in all areas of life Participation in the offered groups and their implementation Creation of the current needs assessment instrument (BEI-NRW) as well as regulation of cost coverage with the service provider Reliable documentation of support processes and reporting Positive interaction with people and joy in work Networking and cooperation with all persons involved in the help system We value: A completed training/degree in social pedagogy, social work, education, special education, occupational therapy, or similar
