Description
The St. Joseph's Home is a facility for children, youth, and elderly care in Munich-Haidhausen. Our special feature is the care of children, adolescents, and seniors under one roof.

Currently, we employ approximately 180 staff in various areas of the facility. In addition, we are supported by about 50 volunteers in our work.


For our nursing home with 93 full-time nursing places and short-term care places, we are looking for a social worker (m/f/d) to start immediately or at a later date.


Responsibilities:

  • Management of social care in the nursing home.
  • Volunteer coordinator and contact person in the nursing home.
  • Management of inhouse care (HIT) in cooperation with the city of Munich.
  • Networking.
  • Contact person for interns in the nursing home.
  • Member of the management team of the nursing home.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in social work.
  • Professional experience.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Communication and teamwork skills, as well as flexibility.
  • Enjoyment of working with seniors.
