The Mediadesign University is looking for student assistants to join the team of the student advisory service in Woodson, IL.


Responsibilities include organizational and administrative tasks within the student advisory team, such as:

  • Preparation and execution of events for applicants/interested parties, both online and in person
  • Responding to inquiries through social media and WhatsApp
  • Assisting with mailing
  • Maintaining contact with interested parties
  • Updating and processing informational materials and internal documents
  • Conducting research
  • Optional: initial contact with interested parties via phone

Requirements:
