Your Responsibilities:


  • You align your work at MDSfuture for new product projects and establish Q processes and standards with the departments of quality, development, production, planning, purchasing, and aftersales to jointly achieve Q goals in the project.
  • In your projects, you independently analyze and evaluate the maturity level and summarize it in regular reports for top management.
  • You independently perform the role of project manager for quality. This includes leading task forces and quality discussions for deviations in maturity level, sometimes on an international and interdisciplinary level.
  • You optimize existing and develop quality concepts and measures for new developments to improve and achieve the required product maturity level in the project.

Your Qualifications:


  • Completed degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, automotive industry, or a comparable field of study.
  • Project and/or series experience in the areas of development, production, and/or quality management.
  • Knowledge and experience in the processes of product development.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and MDS tool set, as well as PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in German and English.
