To support our team at the Tübingen location near Stuttgart, we are looking for you as soon as possible in the position of

Strategic Purchaser / Category Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks include:
Independent selection, establishment, and management of suppliers in the context of direct materials (e.g. raw materials) and contract manufacturing
Development and implementation of procurement strategies
Designing tenders and conducting price negotiations
Design and negotiation of contracts in cooperation with the legal department
Participation in interdisciplinary project teams
Support in the implementation of processes, guidelines, and technologies

You bring with you:
Successfully completed training or university studies with a business or scientific background or a comparable qualification
Relevant experience in purchasing, ideally in a (regulated) life science environment
Demonstrable negotiation
