For our client, a dynamic service company in Cologne, we are currently looking for a HR Business Partner (m/f/x). Become part of this company and benefit from great perks.

What to expect:

  • You will independently support the assigned business areas and corresponding regions in all personnel-related matters
  • As a competent contact and sparring partner, you will advise managers on personnel policy issues (e.g. employee development, compensation, disciplinary measures)
  • You will work closely with the works council and health management
  • You will develop and optimize personnel processes and implement them through change and transformation projects

What you bring:

  • A degree in human resource management or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned area
  • Sound knowledge of labor and industrial relations law
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as strong consulting and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible, loyal, and reliable personality
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant HR tools
  • Excellent English skills
