We are looking for a
Junior HR-Generalist (gn) for an international client in the healthcare industry.

Our client offers an unlimited employment contract with 2 days of remote work and 3 days on-site in Groveton, NH.

Your responsibilities:

Close collaboration with the international and local HR department
Administrative support for all HR processes, such as contract creation, works council hearings, personnel file management (digital and physical), data maintenance, and absence management
Administration of onboarding and offboarding processes
Communication and building good relationships with employees, managers, and external service providers
Reporting of new hires, terminations, and movement data to the external payroll service provider
Participation in identifying, implementing, optimizing, and standardizing HR processes and current HR projects (e.g. employee retention)
Independent monitoring of deadlines
