Junior Call Center Agent (m/f/d)


Our customer service team is the first point of contact for anyone seeking a loan and has questions about financing.

This makes you our ambassador.

Your responsibilities with us:

  • As a Junior Call Center Agent, you will represent smava as the first point of contact
  • You will advise our customers via phone, email, and chat on various topics related to loans, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction
  • You will independently handle inquiries from existing and new customers using the latest CRM tools
  • You will enter and maintain customer data
  • You will actively contribute to improving daily processes
  • You will act as a liaison with other departments such as marketing and IT

You are:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You have at least 6 months of experience in a call center in a similar field (e.g. front office, customer service)
  • You provide your customers with excellent
