Your responsibilities
- Checking and processing order confirmations, invoices, and delivery notes
- Handling shipping and ensuring correct payment transactions
- Assisting with bookkeeping for the responsible tax office
- Managing the cash register and supporting the team with administrative tasks
Your qualifications
- Commercial education, for example as an office manager or hotel clerk
- Previous experience in office organization and proficiency in common MS Office programs
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
