Job Summary:
Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, communicating changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
- Assist in surgical procedures and postoperative care
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and management
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
- Valid RN license and BLS certification
- Previous experience in Medical/Surgical nursing preferred
- Proficiency in ICD10 coding for accurate documentation
- Ability to provide care for infants, toddlers, and adults
- Knowledge of pain management techniques and family planning services
- Experience in discharge planning and ostomy care
- Skill in phlebotomy procedures
