Currently, we are looking for an overregional operations manager for the Leinefelde region.

We are specialists in senior catering and cleaning services - with a big heart and a lot of passion. Our mission, drive, and pride is to enable seniors to live a good, self-determined life.

TOGETHER WITH IVA, WE WANT TO:

take responsibility for the economic efficiency, quality, staff, hygiene, and implementation of legal requirements in the operations

WE WISH FOR YOU TO HAVE:

several years of professional experience as an operations, kitchen, or housekeeping manager or in a similar position

- proficient use of common computer systems
- practical and solution-oriented approach
- good communication skills on different levels
- ability to inspire our/new employees for this wonderful task
- service and customer-oriented mindset within economic guidelines
- flexibility and willingness to travel during the day without overnight stays
