The City Youth Council Augsburg KdöR is currently seeking a Pedagogical Employee for the Fan Project Augsburg (19.5 hours/week) to start as soon as possible.

Job Description:

As a Pedagogical Employee, you will be responsible for working with the Fan Project Augsburg, providing support and guidance to young people in the Mapleton, PA area.

This position requires 19.5 hours per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing educational and recreational activities for young people
Providing individual and group counseling and support to young people
Collaborating with local organizations and institutions to create a network of resources for young people
Organizing events and projects to promote social and cultural integration
Supporting young people in their personal and social development
Maintaining documentation and reports on activities and progress

Requirements:

Degree in social work, education, or a related field
Experience working with young people, preferably in a counseling or educational setting
Knowledge of the local community and resources for young people
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Fluency in German (written and spoken)
