_ About the Opportunity:

The Program Coordinator (PC) position is a full-time, live-in professional staff member who plays an integral role in creating a residential experience that encourages student and community engagement within McCarthy Honors Residential College.

Program Coordinators are expected to incorporate the mission, vision, and values of Residential Education into their work while at USC.

Under the supervision of a Residential College Coordinator, the Program Coordinator performs a variety of important daily operation tasks including event planning, advising community council, collaborating with Faculty in Residence and ResEd Staff, managing their community's budget, and serving on department committees.

Compensation:


  • The hourly rate for this position is $27.50
  • Furnished 1 bedroom apartment, meal package, and full university benefits
