Responsibilities:

You are responsible for the realization of projects in the field of technical building equipment and their ancillary trades
You develop complex plans and concepts according to current ecological and economic requirements at the highest technical level
As part of project management, you act as an interface and support and advise all project participants such as clients, employees, and third parties
Creating feasibility studies, reviewing external plans, and developing recommendations for action
Representing the interests of the client and their representatives to third parties
Independent creation of feasibility studies and technical due diligence checks
Participation in economic controlling at the project level

Qualifications:

Completed degree in energy and building technology, or comparable technician training
Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and cost awareness are your strengths
Ideally, you have knowledge of the HOAI
Leadership skills
Independent, structured, and proactive way of working
