individual for our
SALES SUPPORT position in the
OFFER AND PROJECT PROCESSING department, either
full-time or part-time.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyzing inquiries, coordinating calculations and offers with internal departments and clients
Creating and tracking offers
Establishing contact as a point of contact for customers and prospects
Identifying customer requirements, developing solution scenarios, and providing technical advice in collaboration with internal departments
Coordinating and closely working with the field sales team and department management
Monitoring the competitive situation
Checking order confirmations (especially for large and project orders)
Actively selling over the phone

WHAT WE EXPECT

Successfully completed commercial training with a basic understanding of technology
