Description

Mancos is looking for a HR Specialist (m/w/d) at our location in Ratingen. This is a full-time position with a weekly workload of hours. For over 30 years, we have been creating hero stories. Do you want to be a part of it? Take the leap and apply as our HR Specialist (m/w/d). Your mission will include handling employee inquiries, administration, and correspondence.

You will also be responsible for creating employment contracts, issuing certificates and letters of recommendation, and assisting with payroll accounting.

Other tasks will include monitoring deadlines, maintaining both paper and digital personnel files, organizing onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, and supporting various HR projects.

To be successful in this role, you should have a completed commercial education and previous experience in HR. Fluency in English (written and spoken) and very good German skills (written and spoken) are required. Proficiency in MS Office is also necessary.
